Forty Lock is an insert gate lock designed for gates with a 100% stainless steel mechanism. The stainless steel adjustable self-latching bolt and hook combined with the receiver provided in the Forty lock complete set, guarantees a strong and solid closed gate where the gate wings can not be pulled apart or forced open. Fast and easy mounting with Quick-Fix patented "Click-It" system, after the box section is prepared, installing the lock is quick and easy and does not effect your gate finish. Hook in combination with the keep provides a secure anchoring of gate and post. Available for square gate frames with 40 mm depth made of metal, aluminium or PVC. 

The aluminium handle pair provided in the Forty-Lock set have a square 120 mm spindle designed specifically for insert locks.

The set's cylinder is 54mm Symmetric, with three keys: 54 mm, keyed alike or keyed to differ.

Forty Lock is designed to be inserted in 40mm deep box section, also available locks for 50mm, 60mm and 80mm box section, the Fifty-lock and Sixty-lock and Eighty-Lock.

The back set of a lock is the distance from the edge of the door / gate to the centre of the euro cylinder. The Forty-Lock has a 20mm back set.

The silver Aluminium cover shields for the set's handles and cylinder holes are designed for a standardised gate pattern
